Want to hold an event in a City park or public place?

Franklin has several outdoor spaces that can be used for public gatherings. Some offer electric services, restroom facilities and other amenities that can be arranged.

You can choose Bandstand Park with its ready-to-go stage or Fountain Park with its beautiful outdoor space right in the center of town. Riverfront Park offers ample space with a playground, tennis court and the added charm of the beautiful Allegheny River.

Anyone who would like to hold an event at a City-owned park or other public location in the City must complete an application for a Parade and Public Assembly Permit. Details about the event are considered by City Council for approval. You can apply for a Parade and Public Assembly Permit by using Cloudpermit under the Licensing option.
