Façade Improvement Program: Designated Project Area

Any building/business owner who wishes to apply for the Façade Improvement Program must be located within these areas:

• Liberty Street, between 15th Street and 8th Street

• Elk Street, between 14th Street and West Park Street

• 13th Street, between Franklin Avenue and Railroad Street

• West Park Street, between Otter Street and Liberty Street

A building immediately adjacent to the Designated Project Area’s border may also be considered for a grant, as well as side and rear facing façades visible from a public right-of-way or parking lot.
