Victorian City Art & Frame, located at 1273 Liberty Street, will hold an opening reception for the third annual Labor Day Photography Show from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3.

The gallery will display the top 20 entries in the photography show, celebrating the work that shapes our community and the people behind it.
