Rock In River Fest

Franklin's annual Rock In River Fest will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 17, in Riverfront Park.

The Pennsylvania Stone Skipping Championship will be the featured attraction. Several stone-throwers will compete for honors in different categories of skill.
