City of Franklin Leaf Pick-Up Schedule For the week of December 2 thru December 6, 2024

 

The City of Franklin Street Department will be picking up leaves with the vacuum machines this week in the following areas:

 

Monday 02, 2024  CLOSED

 

Tuesday 03, 2024 Random leaf piles throughout the city

Also, bagged leaf pick-up throughout the city.

 

Wednesday 04, 2024 Random leaf piles throughout the city

 

Thursday 05, 2024 END OF LEAF PICK UP WITH MACHINES

 

Friday 06, 2024 Bagged leaf pick-up throughout the city.

 

 

 

Further weekly schedules will be posted in every Saturday's News Herald. Residents are asked to rake their leaves to the edge of their front lawns, not on the street, for pick-up by the city crews. Mechanical breakdowns or inclement weather may cause some delays or rescheduling. The city will also be picking up paper biodegradable bags of leaves (no plastic bags) on Monday and Friday of this week. If you have any questions, call the City Garage Monday thru Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at 437-1600. Our residents are reminded to please observe the temporary No Parking signs to keep from getting ticketed. Thank you for your cooperation.
