Special Council meeting set to discuss application for CDBG FY-2026 funding

Franklin City Council will hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 430 13^th Street, Franklin, to consider the approval of CDBG-related documents for the submission of the FY-2026 CDBG application.
