Proposed Modifications to the City of Franklin’s
Community Development Block Grant Program Funds for FFY-2021
Notice is hereby given that the City of Franklin proposes to modify its FY-2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Monday, November 10, 2025, in Council Chambers, Franklin City Hall, 430 13th Street, Franklin, PA 16323. The purpose of this hearing is to obtain citizens’ views and comments of the City’s proposed use of $20,000 for Public Service. The City is proposing eliminating the planned Demolition activity and using the available funds to meet the increased need of food assistance. The proposed new activity plans for no displacement of any persons or affordable housing units and would benefit low- to moderate-income residents.
