Public Hearing - Amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance

 

The City of Franklin will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers of City Hall, 430 13th Street, Franklin, PA, 16323, to consider amendments to the Franklin Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendments are the recommendation of the Franklin Planning and Zoning Commission and were submitted for first reading on May 6, 2024.

Section 1308.15 - Special Regulations for Signs in Historic District

Section 1308.16 - Removal of Unsafe, Unlawful or Abandoned Signs

Section 1308.18 - Nonconforming Signs

Section 1308.19 - Signs on Premises of Legally Nonconforming Uses
