REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Tree Risk Assessment Qualified Arborist
The City of Franklin is seeking to retain the services of an experienced Tree Risk Assessment Qualified arborist to work with the City in creating a City-wide tree canopy development plan, conducting a tree inventory, and provide tree tender training. Project financing consists of Inflation Reduction Act funds through Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Request for Proposal packets may be obtained from the Community Development Department, Room 211, Franklin City Hall, 430 – 13th Street, Franklin, PA 16323 (Phone: 814-437-1922, ext. 1131). Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Selection will be based upon the evaluation criteria as set forth in the RFP documents. All proposers are notified that minority and women businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to negotiate with any proposer in the best interests of the City.
