The City of Franklin has recently installed 3 easy to use parking kiosks located around downtown for your convenience. You can pay by the hour, or by the quarter.
To use the kiosks:

Choose Hourly or Quarterly (Quarters are Jan-March, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec)

Enter License plate

Press green checkmark to confirm plate

Enter coins or card
-
Continue entering coins till desired time is displayed on screen

If using a card use buttons below the screen to select desired time

Press green checkmark to confirm desired time

Press green checkmark to get a receipt (receipt is optional)
You can also use the Way to Park App on your smartphone or tablet to pay for parking anywhere there is a metered space.
