Right-To-Know Requests
Citizens can file a Right-To-Know request in four ways (requests will also be accepted if submitted on the Uniform Request Form available on the State's Office of Open Records website):
- Email (As a Microsoft Word or PDF attachment)
- Fax
- U.S. mail
- In person

How to File an Appeal
If the City's Open Records Officer denies a record, or a portion of a record, the requester can file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the City's response. All appeals must be in writing and submitted on the Appeals Forms found on the State's website.
