Payment for parking can be made via text to pay, the Flowbird App, a parking meter, by using parking one of the kiosks located in the Elk St. parking lot, or by filling out this online form.

You can also pay for parking via text to pay by texting one of the following codes to 727563:

Text the code 1080 to pay for hourly parking
Text the code 1081 to purchase a quarterly pass
 

Meter rates:

  • $0.25 for 30 min

  • $0.10 for 12 min 

  • $0.05 for 6 min 


Locations of kiosks:

  • Kiosk 1 behind H&R Block

  • Kiosk 2 behind Trails to Ales

  • Kiosk 3 diagonal from Artistic Dimensions Hair Studio

 

To pay a parking ticket, you can use the drop box in front of City Hall on 13th St. or use any of the yellow courtesy boxes located throughout downtown Franklin.
